Dear Friends,

I’ve been inspired by the work of the Centre for courage and renewal, and my friends at Wholeheart, and in the past months have been hosting a weekly circle on zoom inspired by that tradition of ‘circles of trust’.

It’s a time to slow down, and practice listening to self and others, in a way that helps us to hear what is alive, and bring that aliveness back to our week. All are welcome, no money.
